Bug Location: MechLab with TOP DOG - didn't check others

Steps to Reproduce:

Endo Steel
Applying Endo Steel says Structure +14slots, -3.25 tons
but I only get 3 tons (65.0/65 to 62.0/65)
after save
removing endo steel says Structure -14slots, +3.25 tons but I can remove it only with 3 tons left
from 62.0/65 to 65.0/65!

Ferro Fibrous
Applying Ferro Fibrous says +14slots -1.39tons but the counter says 65.0/65 to 63.7/65
I have to remove 2 armorpoints to get down to 63.6
giving it then all armor +6 points get me 63.8/65 and I'm able to remove! Ferro Fibrous to get 65.2/65 and the warning Mech too heavy

from 65.0/65 remove 1 ton and them armor 6 points up to 64.2/65 applying Ferro Fibrous says only -1.22 tons but I get 62.8/65 (that's as far as I know 1.4 tons?!?

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Bug Evidence: screens available but no uploadspace

Bug Description:

Endo-Steel Tonnage reduction is only 3 tons not 3.25 as described (without decimal!)

Ferro-Fibrous tonnage-calculation is only counted without decimal to max tonnage
Ferro Firbous tonnage-calculation is faulty in the text for upgrades but not in total tonnage -calculation
always -1.39 tons from total but says only -1.22 tons in description if applying it with full armor
