so the Adder having a CT Energy means it has to have -20Turn Angle on every CT,
seems balanced(Sarcasm), why would a mech that has a max 5 hard points get such?
i think some of the Values in the Balance Matrix needs to be Tweaked,
Edit-

All clan mechs seem to now have negative attributes with their CT's that are then offset by the positive attributes in their other omnipod locations.

Adders can make up the difference with I think either the missile pod, or the bare side torso's.

It seems like this is how all omnimechs are intended to work now to actually give bare torso's a reason to exist and so the first order of operation isn't' to just blindly spam torsos with as many hard points as you can throw at them.

The issue is again what is that good for?

take a SCR it has way better harpdoint and locations and doesn't gets that shafted.

Further, when I use my ADR with a PPC in each ST the yaw angle does not matter much, because you anyways poke.
But if I run an undergunned 4CERML or 4CPL laodout which anways runs too hot for the little mech I get massive downsides in mobility. That is badly chosen and biasing to some playstyles, that neither fit their role, nor fit the the premisses of "firepower, durability, mobility and info" Especially since in most cases mobility has a sideeffect on durability.

No one at PGI seem to have considered, what people gonna do with these hardpoints, nor how their values affect specific builds.

This entire "balance" pass has completely ignored the problem OP Mechs, and dropkicked already UP Mechs straight in the nuts.

I'm confident in calling PGI's rebalance venture a resounding failure... And I highly doubt they'll rectify their mistakes anytime soon.
