During this event, only chain firing is allowed.

Whether a time delay is enforced is up to you. Without a time delay enforcement, it would be button mash day (might be fun) or macro day.

Also you can't fire while moving.

lowest damage per kill wins, when you have most damage on a enemy and kill it
