Role Warfare = "classes" Or "archetypes"?

Assuming weapon buffs are still to come, is this what PGI is going for?

Tank - Structure buffs, average to weak weapons (Atlas-D on PTS)
Glass Cannon - Average to weak defense, strong weapon buffs (Still to come?)
Support - (Information Warfare) Average offense and defense, strong sensors (Atlas DDC on PTS)

If they are aiming for something like that, they may have to force team composition to have min or max numbers of each type. Imagine solo queue one team is all Information Warrior against a more balanced team...

Also, if Info Warrior is going to be a requirement for a team, I hope they give it some perks other than pure altruism on the part of the player. Looking at mmo type games, support players are much less common than damage types. I'd hate to be forced into playing a weak mech just because "its good for the team". Actually that's how I feel about alot of ECM mechs already...Kit Fox, Myst Lynx, Cicada 3M..
