First question on first glance:

Why does the superfast shotgun Cent (XL+ LBX10) get sensor quirks for medium and long range
and target acquisition is worse than standard?

Second, not so obvious question:

Why does the only XL non-zombie-variant Cent not get a shield arm?

It needs at least the shield arm because it's part of the chassis
