Mad About The Customer Apreciation Qualifications

man the customer apreiciation rewards are a bit messed up. The anniversary is in october... but you guys make the qualifiers january 1 2015. that's just so wrong of you. what about us folks that bought stuff in december 2014? the start date of what qualifies for the rewards should be set from october 2014 NOT january 2015. since january is NOT the anniversary. Basically you are ignoring 2-3 months time there between October and January sort of makes me less likely to buy any thing for myself with xmas money or if I happen to get a job before january. since i'm not being counted as a loyal customer despite having bought lots of stuff between the last anniversary and now just I didn't have any money after January. seriously PGI this is sort of rude too all us guys that spent tons of money last xmas on this game. am I alone in this opinion?

It's only bout the cicada for me, but I can really feel for the guys that are missing out on the top tier reward, just because they bought their Resistance 1 a little to early.
Hurray 14 days of premium time and a mug when buying R1 in december (costs about 3000 MC and that gets you 30 days of premium since there is no 14 day option) - Total monetary Value of ~14$
Compared to losing out on a hero Wolverine (4114 MC if comparable to the Quarantine) and a hero Zeus (35$ A La Carte since that is the only other option to get a hero Zeus) - Total monetary Value of ~50$
They are trolling you really hard for buying their pack too early....
