So I've been following all of these re-balancing proposals from the fringe... sort of outside, looking in.

What I am seeing is mass confusion - the message is different depending on who is delivering it - because nobody really seems to know what the hell is going on. Lots of people, doing lots of things, without a central focus or vision behind it all. It's Chaos from the outset.

So some people feel the game is badly out of balance... Some feel we need to establish some kind of new unifying overall system. I hear this - is this really the goal here?

What EXACTLY is the problem? What Exactly is the proposed solution for this problem?

There appears to be a lack of clarity behind all of this activity - and if you are proposing to develop and deliver a new overall system as the fundamental foundation upon which all future development is to be based - then you had better first get this message clear - so everybody is at least reading from the same page.... so everybody clearly understands what it is that is being brought into existence.

Is it that you have failed to deliver a clear message to the masses as has been said - a failure to communicate properly - or is it really that you have launched into a new direction without having a clear vision of exactly what it is you are trying to do - and that is why you cannot communicate - you don't actually have clear objectives?

First we need the clarity of the vision - then we bring the vision into reality - not the other way around. If the vision is clear - the communication should be as well.

The goal was to balance all the mechs

The problem is they weighted infotech to be worth waaaaay too much

Infotech is worth basically nothing in this game and should be weighed as being worth pretty much nothing
