No need to explain the title means it all. Structure is not the way to go. Speaking as a dedicated top tier Atlas pilot Armor , armor is what it is needed not structure.

An Atlas should be the fearsome Assault mech it's supposed to be from Lore. It really need some loving. +1.

Why not both, armor and structure? As it stands now nobody fears an atlas, that is why I got the kingcrabs. I wanted the atlas, but they seemed to easy to kill.

because structure doesnt protect the atlas' weapons from critical hits. and an atlas without weapons is useless
