What kind of BS are the hitboxes for the giant shell in the middle? I just got cut apart by ppl shooting through it (and hitting all torso locations) but when I returned fire all my shots were blocked.

When the map first released parts of the shell had one way colliders, so you couldn't shoot out, but you could shoot in.
That has since been fixed but it's possible some spots could have been missed.
The other conclusion could be that convergence makes it hard to shoot out, but easy enough to shoot in.

Remember the small platforms with two ramps on hpg? They got holes or openings, but the closer you are to them the harder it Is To shoot thru. The giant shell has such 'open' spots too, though it is almost impossible to shoot thru them when you are very close, like 'inside' the shell. I guess it has something to do with pov and firing angles.

2 nights ago, in an Urbie on Bog, I was shooting legs under tress/debris while sitting in a capture point (The one in the middle). I only had to give up my position after my 11 team members all died...
So I think there are holes everywhere, and depending the height of your mount points, and the distance you are from a hole, will dictate weather its one way shooting or if its possible to receive return fire.
As a result, I top scored on our team that 5-11 defeat. I survived, but no idea how I gave 7 chasing mechs the slip, AND captured one more additional resource point by myself... But alas, I couldnt clutch the win for us.
