Cannot Change Fov?

I used to run a FOV change and the no cockpit glass change. They don't seem to be working anymore even though my user.cfg file is still there.

Is it not possible to do anymore?

FOV doesn't work in the user.cfg anymore because the FOV settings are in the game client now.

Both glass and FOV are in game options now.
