I had a match score of 406 in-game on Canyon Network, and the website's tracking is only showing a score of 328. Is there something that inflated my match score, that does not count for the tournament? I looked over the rules, but did not see anything.

There shouldn't BE a discrepancy.
The only time is when the match doesn't line up numbers wise.. but that's only because when you die is not going to be the final stat numbers (like, you can collect more assists when more people die, or a delayed "death arty/airstrike" that goes off after you die).
Also, scoreboard updates every 15 mins or so.
The scoreboard could be using the older system of scoring...

Kind of what I thought as well; I only had one match on Canyon at that point, and it still is not updating to the correct score when I refresh the page. Odd.
Also, interesting that the CW one is much easier than the pub queue one...

I did say "it's a feature".

The pub queue requires one to "win it all" and that won't work. CW is easier only if you can create a roflstomp since match score is dependent on if you don't die (or don't die much).
