Has there been any news about whether they intend to still push this live next Tuesday or go with another pass on the PTS to add weapons quirks and the like? Things have really quieted down on the forums in respect to the rebalance.

If your asking about going live with changes, Russ in the Town Hall session said it was be a while before any changes went live and definitely not this patch or even next.
Look for more rational revisions/changes to go live for testing on PTS before anything touches a live server. To say the response to the last week's changes was vitriolic, would be a major understatement.
