CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz
RAM: 4GB DDR2 800
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 1GB GDDR5
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium

I realize I at least meet all the minimum system requirements, but every time I run DxDiag, when I look at the memory it displays, it comes back with 3198MB RAM. Considering I'm running 2 2GB sticks, I know one of the sticks isn't bad...but I have no idea if I'll be able to run MWO very well with apparently only 3GB of available RAM.

You are using a 32 bit OS. As such you can't use more than 3.2 - 4GB of RAM. You may be able to get away with it on the low-med settings though.

Then apparently I need to contact Newegg about this problem, since the item I ordered: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16832116488 indicates that it's a 64-bit system.

It didn't come with 2 disks? One for 32 and one for 64?

Well if you ordered 64 bit and they gave you 32 then I would call them. It wasn't indicated on the box or disk that it was the 32 bit version?

The last time my memory didnt read correctly my mobo soon died afterward. Not saying this is the case, just a heads up. Probably something small that can be adjusted

What version of DX are you running?

Run Windows Update and install the latest version of DirectX.

Then post a screenshot of DXDiag window, please.

I agree.....I bought Windows 7, also know people that bought Vista, and it always came with 2 disks. You should contact the seller.

if the website would actually load/work for me, I'd have done so already.

What does it say if you click the button that says "Run 64-Bit DXDiag?"

Because your computer may very well be running a 64-bit OS, and have 4GB, and see 4GB of RAM, but if you're running a 32-bit application, it's not going to be able to address everything?
