Action: Module pod to spray anti-radar foam or cloud. Emergency defensive system.
When rain of missiles catch you in open you can use this module and run to nearest safe place.

Advantages: 15 sec of no-detection at all ranges.
Disadvantage: you also can not detect enemies.

why not just make an air strike that drops dumb non-warhead bombs to throw up sand if theirs enough silcon in the sand it will block radar as well as vision a smokescreen effect.
