Do people actually think there is a large enough population playing this game that the MMer is actually doing anything? I can't believe we have enough people playing for it to matter and for people to worry about PSR and whatnot. I expect it to be a mix of tiers always.

There are enough people for PGI to put them in 5 Tiers, but not enough to hard lock the Tiers. That's all we know for sure.

Well some people report being placed in the 13,000 rankings on test accounts during this event.

13000ish doesn't bode well when that is probably peak player base.

My test account (one match score of 6 falling down the ranks with increasing population) shows 19000 active players since the start of this tourney. Also there are 10000+ active people who are definitly playing more than a handful of games when you look at reported rankings in relation to these players' activity.

Thats not bad at all and its not even Saturday night in the US yet.
