Hello!

For some reason I do not understand I don't seem to benefit from FreeSync at all in MW:O.

But there also is no option to pick a certain refresh rate. Is there a way to get it working, i.e. set the refresh rate to 120Hz?

Okay, it does work, but only in Full Window Mode, not Fullscreen.
