Look at other games with a similar system what became of it. Whole communities got split. Sure some games doenst affect much but most games do in a negative way.

There was a reason why i was against these kind of things and voting from the Community. I never wanted to be part of this public tier system. I personally dont give a jackshit about my tier. Or whatever people name it. Point is with such things you don't let the Community get involved. Look at the amount of votes for Full Disclosure for example.

I could be wrong. Better said: i hope i am wrong. Unfortunately i think you and i are right and it will happen sooner or later. All what it takes is time. Because the signs of going the wrong way are shortly after the PSR implentation is already here.

Mankind is that way and a broader choice is allways preferable

PS: Imo all Players that rely on Smurfy Templates to build a Mech should be Tier 5 underhive and have no rights to speak about Balance!!!

Was tier three then I dropped in the group drop for a bit and now tier 4.

So tier is crap I can boost up by pug dropping and winning games or I can try and play with mates come up against 12 man's and lose tier...

Tier 4. 16k+ matches under my belt and dumped into the beginner bracket, lmao. Barely playing since last wipe and running Locusts has killed my stats. Have I ever mentioned that I hate light mechs. Fun as hell, but they suck, for me.

On the other hand, the matches in T4 can be fun as hell too.

Only because the players that are actually supposed to be in tier 4 are barely more than target practice. of course now that I'm in tier 3, instead of scattering to the far corners of the map my teams now like to hold hands and sit around the fire, I should start bringing marshmallows. Can't wait for tier 2, hopefully there will be fewer campers.
