Game Extremely Bright

I have my brightness WAY down and everything is exceptionally bright. Game was never like this before. I had to turn both way down just too see anything. Maps like frozen city were so bright, it was just a white screen. to sort of fix it I had to put gamma at max and brightness at .28 and it is still almost too bright. everything is washed out in bright light.

this happen to anyone else?

Is your desktop bright as well, or just the game?

Frozen city day actually is the only intentionally bright one, you are expected to use thermal vision But shouldn't really have a problem with other maps.
