The first Tutorial was easy untill we got to the C&F buttons. No matter how many times I used them it will not acknowledge that. Suggestion??

This seems to be the first report of them not working at all.
The prompts should show whatever key you have the actions mapped to, so try re-mapping the primary key.
If you can, please post a screen cap of you keyboard mapping screen. Thanks

I had the same issue, until I realized that you have to turn your legs or torso ALL the way to one side and THEN hit C / F for it to register.
Turning your torso a little and then hitting F doesn't do it.

Same thing happened to me. Took me a couple minutes to figure out it wants you to go all the way over.

When you look far enough to the side, the entries in the Checklist light up (are active) and a notification pops up.

There seems to be a second check in the code going on that is making sure you are hitting the button that was the default. Remapped buttons don't seem to work for many of them, which is why I say this.
