Ok it;s not just match score after all.

Match score at tier 2

Raise: 213(win)

Lower: 210(defeat) 218(defeat)

Equal Sign: 286(loss)

Thats the closest i could do. So far everything above under has given the same increase/lower arrow. Maybe the increase/decrease isnt flat and depend on how high low your match score is.

SO, how much do you need at your own Tier to increase/decrease?

Tier goes up even with a mediocre score and a win. Tier stays the same with a faily good score and a loss. Fairly good is 1 kill 450 damage many assists.(that score got a = on a loss)

I think a player would have to do really badly on a win to go down. Afk or maybe just missed the action.

I think same perameters for all teirs.

Didnt notice size of change at all.

What increase/lower arrow are you referring to? I can't find it

Yeah at 218 on a loss i decreased, but i only had spread damage and nothing to show for. So probably pure damage is good for score(we all knew that already) not not that great for Tier which is good news.

I just got an equal sign lol! Don't remember the match score, but 380 damage, no kills in a bad loss.

All other games I've gotten the up arrow for wins and down arrow for losses.

I got 3 kills and around 450 damage on a close 11-12 defeat. Still lost PSR.

I have found it a lot easier to gain rating in my Huginn though.

It's funny, at 374, 1 kill, 1 assist, I got the down arrow. there doesn't seem to be an easy to figure out formula to it.

I suspect you score is compared to an average of the enemy that match …

It's relative to the other scores on both sides.

Winning team and anything other than a poor score will go up. Win and poor score will break even. Win and suck score will go down.

Lose team but good score relative to ALL scores will go up slightly. Lose team and average score will go down slightly. Lose team and suck score will go down harder than a ***** with bad knees.

You know what PGI can do with that system ,,l,,

per their explanation, PSR increase/decrease get a modifier based on win/loss. So an average score in a win might produce a small PSR gain (i.e. team was good, did not need as much contribution from you), while the same score in a loss (i.e. your team needed more from you and didn't get it) could result in a PSR reduction.

Is that how it works in other games? Is that why we think that's how they are doing it here?

Did they say a win/loss give a modifier or did they say the score of everyone in the enemy team and your team weight in the balance?
