There isn't a screenshot to be had, I start the patcher, its done, I click play, it dissappears. Only thing I've updated is nvidia and the game. I ran the repair tool and came up with nothing.

Open task manager and see if the process is still running

I'll try that
It's not.
It's not.
Do a full uninstall of your drivers, make sure you use a driver cleaner to remove all traces.
Go into safe mode and reinstall.
If that doesn't work uninstall mwo, dont use the repair tool just do a full clean install
If it still doesn't work then the problem is something else most likely software related so check your firewall permissions etc

next time you install your nvidia drivers
on the first or second page there will be a custom install option , use that
then you will see the option for clean install , use that
it will purge all the old drivers before putting the new ones on, should be done every 4ish updates
some times older files do not get removed properly and create incompatibility with the newer files
this option prevents that from happening, it has the same effect as a driver cleaner that Kharnzor mentioned but with out the need for filthy 3rd party programs

I'm running the latest drivers for Win7 64-bit (355.98).
There's no issue.
A clean install (via custom install) with the drivers usually helps out a lot.
