Hmm like a screen in your mech that will show announcements and such? (like such and such planet has been taken, your faction has won this victory, planet being invaded, your friend has killed a Atlas) things like that?

Okay THAT is a awesome idea. Have like some speakers in the bottom corners of your mech's cockpit, a small screen that shows the song (like you can download yoru playlist into the game) and just rock out while playing.

I much rather run my media player in the background. Easier in the long run and I dont have to move files or make playlists for the game.

I wouldn't mind an in-game media player either.. (if the G19 isn't supported directly that'll be my media control)
other ways around the no in-game player is to take your smartphone/ipod/whatever and plug a 3.5mm plug from that device to your computer's sound card as a "Line-In" and make it so you can always listen to it via sound settings... there you go.. your volume is controlled by the device, if its a phone you can answer calls and the call will play through your headphones/speakers (works for me.. may not for y'all).. I have all my songs on my internal 32GB card on my phone.. it also has pandora on it..
I also have my TS3 hooked up to my Samsung Galaxy Tab (TS3remote is the app name on the android market) that acts as a monitor so I can see who is talking and who joins in my channel and displays a list of whos in the channel (can use G19 to switch channels).
so basically.. if theres not an in-game media player.. i'm not going to cry.. since i'll probably be calling out tactics/screwing around with my group most of the time..
for in-mech things i'd like the original computer voice from MW3 (or at least one close to her)
i'd REALLY love to be able to move my HUD around so I can have it like MW4s HUD.. for the new guys its not so bad. but for us who've played MW3/4 since forever are gonna be trying to adjust.. if not then thats fine to.. i'm sure we'll adapt..

Also, a holstered large caliber personal weapon of some sort. Or a samurai sword for a Kuritan mech.
That would be sick. A samurai sword next to your throttle.

(i'm going to catch so much hell from the community for this)
but I would love to have custom sounds for say, targeting/lock
(here it is.. i'm gonna get blasted by everyone for it)
but I love the Gundam/Zoids target sounds
