Hi,

seeing the way i am creeping my way back to Tier 2 it shows that though PGI have done a GREAT JOB on Tier-System, there are too few of them.

I see that every tier need to be halved so that there are more tiers and more ?diversity? so that there is a real separation from the high-end and low-end players.

Now the getting stombs also give a meaning when i see tier 4 players meet tier 2 . No way for a fun game.

Specially you must realize that in Tier ~end3 - 2 - 1 are more 1% people with equipments tier 5-3 can not even dream of.

I think you did not recognized that when you where planning the tiers.

This must be corrected ASAP.

Second one is that the minimum score for some one not to drop must be TIER-Related:
A tier 1 player with a minimum of 200 Match-Score is DOWN, no way to discuss this to me or a Pro.

In Tier 2 something around 120 - 150

Tier 3 100 - 120

and so on.

Let the scores be calculated by a mathematician as i guess the curve is exponential.

Else PGI:
NICE, GO ON PLS :)

More tiers means more strain on the matchmaker means longer search times.

Might be but do you REALLY want to see the poor guys down there having no real come through again and again? Not for me.

Better they wait a little for a more challenging game, than having get rude to them, as i get. AND NO i wont change my guts nor will other one getting rude do, as WE also want our FUN.

So getting to it is not the ART of the Tier 2 and 1 players. We are determined. You are fun-riven. Two absolute different play styles.

Like this sentence, mess with the best, die like the rest.... no a nice sentence but a one point statement.

I agree and disagree. I believe players who want to play this game will endure the hurt. And get better. I did. And for those that can't. Will leave or just complain more. I also believe having more tier groups would result in more match making problems to a small degree. So in a way it can be good. BUT also Bad.
For alot of ppl will be looking at their tier lvl and go crap. Need to get better. Forcing a higher state of grinding. Good for those who are competitive. Bad for those that what to play the game moderately.
Those that don't care. Well. Won't care and either play the game as it is or find something else to play.
I like the effort gone into psr. It does help. It let's you know. As a player where you stand.
Let's give it a month or so. See how it goes. At current. Player population wouldn't be enough to support 10 tiers. 5 tiers is good. My 2 cents.

But it is also **** for my Tier when i drop in a ****** brain noobs team of 3s and 4s and my others are average tier of 2s and 3s.

Guess why i go insane in chat when I lose?

You should also think of people like me:
WE go down because of zombie brain noobs, never learn! SO MY TIER is DEPENDING ON THEIR NOOBNESS not on my fault, cause you can not carry a team, when they are not there were they should be in a map.

So no, more tiers to separate the men from the boys!

Men from the boys eh? Don't forget. MWO is a game. At the end of your lifetime no one will remember you for awesome achievements for a video game.
I understand your frustrations. I do. I do get frustrated when my team has a few noobs. But they learn. The ones I hate are smart ass ppl and ignorant ppl that are in the team that really don't care. I can forgive noobness. I can't forgive ppl for being self centre's and think they are the best or better than others. I was a noob once. In every online game I played. I learnt everything the hard way. But I got there. Punishing the noobs who are willing to learn and better themselves aren't gonna make them better. They just leave. When they all leave. Who'll be here to make the match maker find fames quicker? Just us veterans of the mech franchise who love the game. Which in a population like MWO is not much.
The tier systems is not even a week old. Give it some time. And having more tiers wouldn't really fix it. As you'd probably get matched with the same ppl eventually...... and that's something you myself or anyone who is a player can help.

Want a challenging game ? Join a group that does any kind of tournament/league.

The wait times were pretty horrible when they initially introduced PSR for certain players.
I am pretty sure PGI has seen eased the release values somewhat..

Eg. Allowing T1 to match up T4 ? And not T5 ? Who knows..

THANKS. In that you give yourself the answer:
Then it must make the most possible fun and effectivity a game can have AS it seems that there are many out there who play it.

Numbers? Ask PGI.

Else I have been crawling my way up to tier 2 and it is like you run through a lot of debris to get to Tier 1. Debris = the brainless nobbs who can not even target.

If you all really think it is ok this way, then i tell you what, do not hate the politicians, you are like them, you do not want change things.

And it is as you say a game, where we do not want to correct things.

LOL
