Battlemaster also lacks a mastery pack. Too bad for PGI. I woulda bought it if it was available earlier.

It seems to me you could simply build a much better Wolverine pack by getting an Urbie package, the bonus Wolverine-7D and use the funds generated while leveling to purchase the two remaining c-bill variants.
The Quarantine and associated swag don't seem worth it.
I suppose somewhere there is a player who is c-bill poor and MC rich but PGI is literally showering the player base with goodies.
