In ancient event, we had 150 matchscore with a much easier and much more reward.
And now with a new 300 matchscore much harder and less reward system
You probably want that we get less c.bill to buy us with more and more money
it sucks !!!
Frankly if you continue like this, you go straight into the wall
... And I'm going to the exit ...

I tried my best with other weight classes, but when match score is so heavily based on dmg, it was pure luck to gain enough making it really frustrating to even try. Especially with assaults, most often i was too late to the party to cause enough dmg. With other weight classes, many games ended up with 5 kills, 4 assists but not enough dmg.. max 280 points. Clearly I have the wrong playing style for this game if dmg is all that matters.

you should do TEAM BASE event not SELFISH one
Example: if the TEAM score is 2500+ all 12 team members got credit
2500 / 12 = 208.33333333333333333
OR
By lance.... if the lance score is 1000+ (1000 / 4 = 250) then the 4 players got credit
Or you can also do it with a Team AVERAGE Score

reward teamplay instead of the one guy in a high damage mech (e.g. me in a mauler doing 800+ damage by not playing with the team at all currently gets more score/CBills/XP, than me playing an ecm raven scurrying around our heavies. barely breaking 200 damage, but contributing to the team)
technically one could just add an additional source to the existing matchscore...
individual_match_score_as_presently_calculated
+ (total_team_score/12)
+ (total_lance_score/4)
---------------------------------
end result
where total_XY_score would be tallied up by taking the individual_match_score_as_presently_calculated
PS: good point by sortek: multiply with zero if player disconnects

It's so simple... maybe it needs to be modified a little bit though.
I don't want to carry people, so maybe add the condition that company/lance members reach X amount of personal points. Not an insane amount, but enough to show that they participated. Otherwise I can see a lot of DCing happening.

Thats back to random. Cause whining will start when u have Disconnect-Player and stupid bad acting/aiming Player on your Teamside.

And I am pretty sure that only 9, 10 or 11 players can do 2500 score.
and PGi can eliminate all disco and non participating player like in the current event
