At this time I will be no longer collecting stats. I will collect again in a month or two perhaps, but not so soon.

Here's what I'm looking for, three ways to do this:

1. screenshot your home screen with tier info and copypaste your mwomercs base stats page

- OR -

2. give me the following details:

All stats will be anonymous. So if you wish to send them to me in a private message and not post them publicly, you may do so. I keep the names for myself so I can see who has data missing and whatnot, when the last update was, and such. I've been scavenging stats from mwomercs threads and OutreachHPG threads alike, so I have a lot of people to bug to fill in some gaps.

But why?

Well, for fun! We'll get a rough idea of the player-tier distribution, and see what the correlations are between player stats and their tier ratings. Here's some preliminary stats:

I enjoy leveling mechs a lot this means mechs that suck I still generally elite, this brings my win/loss and k/d ratio down a lot and overall match score also suffers to a degree. I notice looking at your avgs for tier 1 and tier 2 my best mechs(not just meta) sit within those avgs nicely, so if I only played only my best mechs I think I would comfortably be mid-high tier 2.
However I find this boring and love to challenge myself with "bad mechs" to see if I can survive and do well in matches. So I'm pretty happy that even though I play less than awesome mechs and yes some crappy builds I'm able to keep my contribution at tier 2 level.

I play some mechs for lols, and some for meta, so I would rather be tiered by mech. Or maybe have a Lolbuild option in the drop menu for people who want to mess around.

Hmm, comparing my stats to the collective numbers suggests I am not such a great team player... This could be true.

Edit: Should these be "Current Stats" or also including archived data? I assumed only the current dataset was used for tier calculations.

I played a mix of solo and grouped with a 6-7 man as the most people in my group.

Now the stats:
Wins / Losses 3,972 / 3,705 (not counting Ties, about 100 or so)
Kills / Death 7,161 / 4,857
Kill / Death Ratio 1.47

About deserving the Tier I'm in, I believe it's a yes and a no for that.
No - Mostly see meta builds on both sides, mostly see people staying in the back playing attrition matches when I mostly (almost 95% of the time if not more) I use brawler builds with a max effective range of 300m. I don't seem to fit in this Tier mainly because of this.

Yes - I do play for the win more than the stats. I do play more for the team than for my personal stats. My mindset when playing is always about my team and the mates (the 11) I drop with. I often get myself killed in a 50 ton mech just to help a 70-100 toner stay alive to keep dishing out damage.

Edit 2 - From those stats, I really have no idea how many were there from 2015 alone as I play pretty regularly and have played since 2013 (before the stats reset and after)

Yeah - though i guess i was placed in Tier 4 before the ranking went live and that is not fair to beginning Players that start in Tier 4 - my little activity shows here.

PSR is an activity + success metric.

PS: Since PSR my W/L + K/D + C-Bills + avg XP have increased and do increase further - the oposite way to the Elo-Matchmaking where my stats were slowly decreasing (my W/L was at times >1,5 and my K/D ~2,5 pre Elo and the decrease is proof that Elo indeed aimed at a 50:50 balance).
