Is it suposed to increase when u get a green arrow or what? Because it never moves for me.

I think the number of total games you've played figures into how much it moves after a given match. Also, extremely high/low scores will move the bar further. Mine has moved a solid inch since the 22nd, fairly significant.

Technically the bar is at all points in its progression at all times. Only when you look does it lock.

Right. I took a screenshot when it was implemented and i just took one now, it has noticeably gone down when i alternate each one. I would need another 5 weeks of losing all the time like last week to drop a tier and i already only had a few milimeters of xp. But i only have a few more days of premium, soon im gona go back to mechs i dont still need to grind and totaly suck in lol. Im also going back to time my searching drop so i dont get taken out of my tier, i had much less crappy matches than i have now when i did that. Except for group, group is 10-12man lottery, be on it or lose.
