i have had a problem during territorial challenge: a game was not registered by their servers and this made me lose the prize.
I sent to accounts mwo and technical mwo support, using the links in this site, 4-5 e mails telling them my user id, explaining the problem in few words and providing screenshot of the game, telling them also when the game was performed so they can check.
5 e mails to different support mwo addresses, today ( 1 week after the challenge) i still got no answer.
IS MWO SUPPORT OPERATIVE?

Did you check your spam folder? Did you get the auto-responder messages when you submitted your e-mails?

sometimes it takes a day or two for them to respond. They're buried in tickets, its hell.
