I wish to change my name from 'Steel Bird' to 'Uxion' because I was an idiot back then.

Nope! No *good* system is in place. You just need to e-mail general support and ask them. If it isn't taken, they can change it for you.
It's really dumb, honestly. They need to have an in-game way of doing so. Plenty of games do.

When I changed my name (by emailing support) they also said they were only going to do it once. Other than that I think they also will make you change your name if it's offensive and / or you get reported a lot about our name.
