Haha and yes! Which is why a lot of us play on private accounts (especially Paul). But there's a good part too because your team goes "PROTECT THE DEV!"

Not when there are Devs on either side like this. I tried getting people to let them 1v1 but nope, some players are just no fun.

I'm curious though, when you guys are on your secret accounts, how often do you get backseat driver vitriol from other players spectating you and such? I'd feel bad if that happens a lot, there's quite a few people out there that just don't take kindly to anybody who isn't obviously of Tier-1-max-MLG-pro skill level.

And how often do you hear players complaining about stuff when you're undercover and think "Hmmm, I'll add that to the list of things to bring up at the next office meeting"?

Given that Tier has more to do with matches won than individual skill level (Grr...), what I'd like to know is why the Dev's with T3 (or better) are spending that much time playing rather than working?! Methinks too much slacking be goin on at work!

Tier level = 10% what you make it, and 90% how you take it.
