Include the overall team's performance into the final match score.

the following is just an example, probably needs some testing/fine tuning

IBS - Individual Base Score (as currently calculated)
TTS - Total Teams Score (12 IBS values)
TLS - Total Lance Score (4 IBS values)
PES - Player''s End Score
 
PES := IBS + (TTS/12 + TLS/4) / 2
if IBS == 0 then PES := 0 (to discourage disconnects)

PRO: will reward teamplay
CON: will reward teamplay
