Will we get all the goodies like from this old dev diary

http://gdn9.com/stor...BattleGrid.html
I know it is old and we have a lot of this already but we are still missing a lot of the best chunks in my opinion

Also unrelated but still a good thought, is that some mechs and variants should have key roles to play on a battle field instead of having just crappy hard points and never get taken out of the toy chest to be played with after grinding though them to get the best ones mastered

PGI fails at even the basic concept of Information Warfare. Otherwise they would have at least let the mini-map to show you your lance's spawn location, before the match starts.

I still want to know how ECM is being thrown in with all the information warfare stuff.

It is going to be just like it is now?

Or will it simply add time to the scan clock and slow missle lockons instead of giving full 100% radar and targeting immunity?

Would just love to know how they are going to deal with ECM from here on out.

This
In PUGs We have a minute of dead time in a drop that could easily be used to come up with some kind of plan and approach. Instead it's just 'drop and go' with the cluster and random attrition deciding what happens.

they need a bunch of useful modules for griefing the enemy and aiding the team I like the idea of droppable motion sensor or a sat scanning for 20 seconds to show location and mech type but unable to pick up ecm mechs

Umm...consider it loss of communications from the interference resulting from the hot drop through the atmosphere. Not sure about CW, River City or Forest Colony drops though...

Unless the pilots have been drinking coolant again (which is always possible, they are pilots) then they should be able to give you a rough estimate as to where you are going to be dropped off.
