In old TableTop Battletech, a 'Mech Pilot's Rating was referred to by name:
Green was the lowest, then Regular, then Veteran, and finally Elite. His/her Piloting Skill, and Gunnery Skill were a set of numbers, but you would only refer to the numbers when making dice rolls.
PSR should follow the same formula.
Instead of being ranked 5 (worst) to 1 (best), it should be Recruit (5), Green (4), Regular (3), Veteran (2), and Elite (1).
