According to what I've read, the VOIP system has both push-to-talk and a hidden mic threshold. Why both are needed, I don't know, but if there is going to be a threshold, it needs to be adjustable.
I say this because despite having my mic volume jacked, both in Windows and in-game, I have to talk VERY loudly to get the mic to activate (and yes, I'm pushing the push-to-talk button). I'm sure people hearing me love it, as the mic volume is maxed and I'm just about screaming, which must blast their ears. But even then, the mic doesn't always activate, or cuts in and out as I talk.
I think the threshold needs to be adjustable. Even better, take it out completely as it's kind of redundant with push-to-talk (note I do applaud push-to-talk being required; threshold-only usually results in various instances of open mics for extended periods of time).
