Ugh its too small. Scale shouldn't be used as a balance point, then we get these tiny mechs running aroudn trying to one up eachother at being small.

Mech size is fail - if Spider 30t then Atlas must be sized = Hunchback. And all mechs somewhere between.

Crab is good sized.

Very small. Good for the crab, though. Torso length is an issue, but given how small it is it may not be severe.

Could stand to be a hair bigger, all the other ones need to be smaller.

Cicada especially.

It may be hiding it's mass with it's crouched stance. In any case it'll help the mech.

Sadly, this mech might replace my beloved Cicadas..but now that I'll have 2 hero-level ones (X-5 and 3F), that might not be an issue. :)

Remember one of the variants can carry a 350XL and another has jumpjets...

Wahoo look at the sides on it. I'm happy they made it small but there is no way the sides are going to last . I see an std engine only mech here.

Torso is still very long, but the mech is small enough it may be alright. The custom geo is pretty sweet too. I wonder if it has direct tv or dish? :P

I think the side torsos are going to start from under the cockpit, so they're fairly far back. Other than that, this looks like a Jenner type of setup. Either way, it's gonna be fast and awkward to hit straight so it'll be fun and I'm sure people will find ways to zombie it somewhat.

This is the first mech package I've bought since I started playing in like...beta more than 3 years ago, and I had a good feeling about it. :)

If anything SDR is too big by weight. Weight is a bad criteria.

There is one thing your forgeting. It may be shorter than other mechs of the same tonnage, but in return it's torso is very long when viewed from the side.
So the weight looks about right.
