Of course you totally hit it in back almost during all duration of MLPs but but what we see in our client isnt the exact server-side reality.
And server-side is always right ( even not )

But most likely hit reg. Do you remember your ping, and was it fluxing? as in, did it jump from say, 100 to 200 ping, and then back?

No it was at around 100. Didn't fluctuate at all the entire match.

Edit: Not so sure after re-watching, spread damage seems to be negligible on paper doll. If that floating burn is an invisible wall then you lost about 10 odd damage (maybe?) to it, which means Oxide should have died (or at least been on death's door) but was protected by the God of collision boxes. But! He did drop by 10%, which if that Oxide had nearly full armour in place, 10% is exactly how much 6 pulses would do. So, I have no idea.
