I honestly wouldn't advise streaks for the warhawk. streaks are great for anti-lights and best used on mechs fast enough to chase them down or fast enough to run in, shoot and run away. The warhawk being an assault mech is just too slow to be able to effectively use them. If you like streaks then the Stormcrow or the Maddog would be better mechs to use them with
I'd swap your weapons around for some large pulses and a large AC or LBX for a lot more punch. My favorite warhawk is running around with 4 large pulse lasers with a tier 5 targeting computer to assist with the critical chances
