I tend to never get responses to some of my attempts at coordination. Probably because people can't be bothered to type out a response.

So, quick hotkey please? Typing "Okay" when everyone's huddled behind a hill waiting for their glorious leader to spearhead a charge is still pretty risky when the other side could do it at any given time.
