I wont be grinding any of them. My present mission is to achieve Tier 1, and my PSR won't increase in an unBasiced chassis.

Perhaps, but then that isn't always the case, for sure it would be hard mode tho. Mine is still increasing while doing nothing but leveling mechs.

Depends on your present tier, and which Mechs you're griding, I would guess.

I spent a lot of this year grinding sub-standard Light Mech chassis in the PUG queue. The PSR formula requires you to do a lot of damage during a lost match, just to stay avoid a loss of PSR. I'm pretty sure grinding Myst Lynxs and Panthers and the like cost me quite a bit of PSR.

My PSR went up even while griding meta Maulers though.

I just finished Eliting out my Black Knights this morning. The 7 was an incredible pain, I renamed it CursedKnight, so hard to get a good game in it. The 6?6B? 7-L? A little troublesome, but I worked them out. The 7? I think I tried 4 different loadouts with 3 different XL engines on that thing.

At least I should be able to re-use the 300XL and 325XL I tried in the CursedKnight in the Crabs.

Gonna continue working on my Hellslinger and Boarhead while crab overrun the place.
Once the medium queue settles down, I will start running my crabs.

I feel no sympathy toward mechs that are too slow to adapt - pilot another mech.

I feel no sympathy towards teams that lose after nascaring.

Pilot a slower mech.

Hellslinger's an interesting animal. Like most of the Battlemasters, slap in a big XL and your weapons of choice and it should do ok. But I had a weird time cooking up a build that wasn't too derivative of my other BLRs.

I have a feeling the medium queue inflation will be fairly short lived, just as it was for the Black Knight and the heavy queue. The inflation was nowhere near as bad as the EBJ release after folks realized how bad the CT issues were and not nearly as long (it's fairly normalized -now- for that matter).

Assuming of course the Crab CT isn't a rude joke as well it may be rough for a week or two. At least it gets some mild quirk buffs to CT survivability.

A wait and see perhaps? It's fairly squat at least for cover usage, but watching the amount of times the arm mounts in the teaser matches hit the landscape without using the 4th JJ variant... I've got a baaaad feeling again (though not quite nearly as bad). Likely gonna knock my PSR down a fair bit getting a proper feel for the unique design like I did with the Knight.

370? That's an odd rating. Did you mean 375XL? Or did you just have an odd 370 lingering about and repurposed it?

We wouldn't know, maybe you can tell us about it?
