I do feel they need a redesign.

I'm saying I do not recall seeing one single suggestion for doing that that worked.

I'm also saying, that since the Archer and most of the HG Unseen are not going to be comp tier even then, that calling them "DoA" is rather a given. Most have mediocre geometry, low hardpoints, and the japanese LOVE their missiles.

So at the moment, worrying about if they are DoA or not seems somewhat pointless. The tiers they are going to be used in, tiers 3-5, it won't make much difference.

But Bishop... WHOOSH WHOOSH PFEEEEWH BOOM!
*cue overdramatic fake 3d animated effects of 149 missiles being fired at the screen at random with apparently no guidance*

My vote is...

Anything but another heavy.

Here's an idea: give us another 20 or 25 tonner, or another 40 tonner. Y'know, something we actually have a shortage of?

I want to see the Assassin. 40 tons of scout-hunter.

Granted, the base model Assassin is just about the *worst* built mech in the entire game. Really, it's horrible. 40 tons, and all it's packing is a medium laser, LRM-5, and an SRM-2. But it's got *speed* coming out of its ears (40 tons, 280 std engine), and a ton of room for good variants.

It also looks cool. 'least I always thought so when I played MW2:Mercs.

Also, (http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Assassin) it has some neat variants that would be perfect for Hero mechs in the Alice and the Servitor.

Harmony gold's law suit vs. Hasbro was a huge bust. Harmony Gold want to make a big statement. The case was dismissed with prejudice with no appeal granted.

This open the door for both the:

Valkyrie - VF-1S
Phoenix Hawk - VF-1S Super Valkyrie

As long as the art work is based off the Grumman F-14 Tomcat.

This court case was a huge blow to Harmony gold. Who wanted to make a example of Hasbro due to them releasing a custom G.I.Joe v.s transformers Sky-striker at a 2013 comic-con.

If they're going by popularity, the Phoenix Hawk would be next. Then the rest of the veritech mechs: Wasp, Stinger, Valkyrie, and Crusader. Although players were so-so on the Crusader, it had ammo issues and there were other mechs that did its job better.

Then probably the Rifleman, then the Archer.

Though I am a great fan of the Archer, BT fans didn't think it was as exciting as the rifleman. I knew several players who were really attached to the Rifleman, but there was only me who loved the Archer in my gaming circles.

Nobody liked the OST series mechs, which were unseen once but came back.
