Currently, if someone is Tier 4/5, they will never see first-hand how Tier 1/2 players play, and are thus missing out on picking up valuable techniques.
Why not model PSR mixtures on mech class mixtures - each 12v12 match should have at least one player of each Tier, and should have at least one Tier 4/5 player for each Tier 1/2 player. This gives enough flexibility to continue matching primarily on weight class, but also ensures a reasonably even skill match-up.
