If you weren't looking for laser vomit it can poptart with dual PPC or gauss(+ml) pretty well. Its suprising what it can do with a single gauss rifle and a hill.

precisely why the IS Hollander battlemech was invented. 35 tonner, built around a Gauss Rifle, mean for killing clanners.

It can handle 3 ERLL pretty decently for CW matches, similar to IS ravens. Is that not laser vomit by your definition?

It *might* do properly in CW with 2LPLs or 3ERLL---but I haven't played CW in months---but otherwise you'd better stay at the periphery of any fight because the lack of hard points make it a poor brawler. No ghost heat would be nice for a triple ERLL build. Actually everything runs very hot on this mech.

Less JJs and removable MASC might make it a decent chassis, but now it is sub par...

And the new Cicada-F will jump much better: 40 tonns+8JJs vs 45tonns+6JJs.
