The queue type buttons should be an option for solo players; the rest will break the matchmaker.

The game needs 10x the player base for any other choice.

Yup... on a small playerbase, allready divided in servers and 3 different ques... matchmaker would be like "I give up man!"

If the game had 20.000 players, then sure.. but right now, it has maaaybe 2000-ish, and that's during big events like Tukayyid..

If the MM does not use remove chosen barriers the longer the player does wait.

So player can hit the "Play" button and can drop every where facing everybody - including CW.
(this is something i would do most of the time - just drop me i care for the rest)

Or they choose very carefully all the options including a map veto - but have to accept very long wait times.
(players that need victory so dearly)

last not least - add the option for 8vs8 or 12vs12

I say you dont give people options on game modes. Play them all, it will make you bring honest builds. Now which server yes. The population isnt large enough to add different tier selection. I would only choose tier 1 if possible and I would be waiting forever.

I'd be worried about T1 guys going to the T4/5 games & seal clubbing.
