Tag is broken and not registering.

TAG and NARC don't work in training grounds. They do work in live matches, though.

So it is broken in training grounds and they never fixed it.

Yeah, it has been 3 patches already! Thank you devs for all the hard work but please fix training ground and academy TAG problem.
