It's just the latest sweetfx by CeeJay.dk and ReShade 1.0.0 by Crosire, Props to them for making such an awesome tool.

Have you noticed a performance boost?

Aside from just a saturation or vibrancy increase, I cannot see what else is different.
If there's other settings, they're extremely subtle.

Thats it, I dint want to literally kill the game by adding loads of crazy effects like bloom and hdr like I did with my re shade framework settings, And it does help to try it the pictures don't always do it justice.

In my pictures there's an fps counter in the top left, It with smaa on it does take a performance hit, but with it off and the other settings on not really it stays pretty much the same.

Ok. But is there any new features or any differences as far as MWO is concerned compared to the old classic sweetfx thread that was on here?

I'm not sure as I am new to all of it, Check it out if you want? We can all make our own easily, I dint really change much. I just wanted people's input to see what we can do with it and make improvements. and learn from one and other.

Players who use things like SweetFX have nothing to worry about (so long as they aren't also using a cheat tool), and we do not ban players for macro use.

Oh... dear.

OP. What have you done? What... have you... done?!

This new... sweetfx... it... has... re-shade... and reshade... supports... HLSL! IN ANY PROGRAM! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!

My Dosbox... has been good--no... great. But my madness has not stopped. My games have no monitor bezel. They are just a picture... in the air. Does this give me a bezel? Can it now be done?! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA!
Thank you for this thread. The possibilities in reshade are potentially magnificent.

This looks good... most will swear it is on a real CRT monitor... but... it can maybe be BETTER!

They wouldn't let us use the MW2 soundpack mod, that didn't modify files in any way.. all it did was direct the client to use the soundfiles from the mod instead of the default soundpack. So definitely better to get an ok before starting to use it.

Is there any way to remove the ReShade waterwark up in the left hand corner when running it?

Makes the game so much more colorful but that watermark is a little annoying...

Yeah sure its

C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\Bin64\SweetFX

Under Global_settings.txt

define ReShade_ShowToggleMessage 1 //[0 or 1] When enabled a message will show when the effects are toggled.

#define SweetFX_Greeting 1 //[0 or 1] Show the SweetFX greeting text on startup.

Change one of these to 0, I hope that's what you wanted anyway :P

That is helpful but apparently I'm an idiot. I've been alt tabbing in and out of MWO so fast that I never gave it enough time but after a few seconds the watermark just disappears... so it's all good!

#define HDRPower 1.15
#define radius2 0.80

I've been using SweetFX since 2013 and I'm still here.

For mine I use LumaSharpen at 1.00 and Vibrance at 0.30. It makes the colors a bit brighter by lessening the effect of the grey/brown filter that seems to be on everything and it sharpens the textures a bit.

I tend not to go to links in a topic that would get a player banned in other games.

Files being injected? Seriously?

Also I play another game where this was ok, even shaders. Then it was bannable and still is.

"In order to provide a better play experience and to curb player exploitation, we at ******** will no longer allow custom shaders to be used as of January 1st,2015. As outlined in the Terms of Service (TOS) that you agreed to at the start of your account creation, any alterations to the stock ******* are subject to account action and possible banning. Please be prepared to accept the consequences."

No preset I tried with sweetfx has worked for me, makes things too saturated or too dark. Default is just fine.

No ammount of postprocess can fix the game until they remove the goddamn fog. It's like we're still in 1999 when gpus couldn't render further than 200 meters.
