I highly doubt it at this juncture considering the long list of promised features awaiting and given the fact that there is no CQB to enhance.

Triple Strength Myomer and a Supercharger on one chassis and Talons for melee weapons... let's kick everything to death or better yet, add jump jets for flying kick DFAs. :D

Unfortunately that's not very likely to happen anytime soon.

Probably never, likely restricted like ECM or MASC.

It increases performance as well. But it requires you to hit a certain heat threshold. Which would kinda make it interesting.

If melee is ever added to the game it will probably only be for mechs that have melee weapons like the hatchetman.

its very unlikely theyll ever add punching or kicking to the game for all mechs, they already said that was too much work for too little gain.

which means if they add TSM it will only be for certain mechs too.

Atlas, TSM, Club

1 shots locusts

Actually, mine 1 shot a locust and we had the handle replaced with the legs of the thing so it looked like I was using a Locust AS a club

TSM would be OP with our current heat system. It'd almost always be on at close to full efficiency.

Yep. Since the heat scale has no penalties in MWO, TSM would be a no-brainer if you had the crits. Instant speed boost the second you really started firing? Win.

In addition, no melee so none of the other boon of TSM, doubled melee damage from punches, kicks, etc.

I only want mech melee if I can kick mechs in the junk.

Give yourself a bit of a height advantage and yes, you could.

I wouldn't mind having some ditz charge my Orion on a hill and end up getting a 75-tonner boot to the engine.
