looking to get a joystick for MWO, never owned one before but MWO has given me reason to. May get the Artemis dependent on price but suggestions would be nice seeing as the Artemis will most likely be out of my price range, aything up to $150 would be good.

I too am looking for some more feedback on the different input/controller possibilities. Using an xbox controller with adapter? Flight simulator type setup?

I just purchased the thrustmasters Hotas.x from amazon for 45.00. I am very pleased with it. It has 10 programmable buttons, plus twist joystick and rocker buttons for rudder. Both can be mapped independently and the joystick can be locked out to a not twist mode. It is solidly built and has excellent reviews. Nice thing is that the throttle and joystick can be seperated to 2 independent controls. I would recommend looking at this option. Oh and it can be used on PS3 also (in case you have a ps 3).

Here's a great review of basically all the options that someone has already posted. http://mwomercs.com/...nd-comparisons/

At $150, the Saitex X52 Pro is pretty great. I have one myself, and it feels good and has a lot of options & buttons.
