Just experienced this 3 days ago. Don't know what it is or causes. I made a video about it.

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Processor: AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series

tried repair tool or dumping your shader cache? that's an extremely horrible graphical bug... none of your textures appear correctly, polygons all over the place... do you play like this normally?

Looks like your shader chache is busted. Delete and run the game and it should come good. Otherwise, run the repair tool

I have seen this before, a few times.
It happens when I Tab back into the game while waiting for a match. Happened on that map too.
Since the addition of dropship drops on the new maps stuff like this happens, mainly the game client crashes when you tab back in at the wrong time but for some maps it kills colors. I know it is going to be like this when I tab back in and all the writing on the ready screen is screwed up and unreadable.
