I find solo queue matches to be tighter and more competitive. Kinda makes leveling junk harder, but probably a positive step.

Group queue still feels totally random, just puzzle pieces that add up to 12.

I dont think you can go back to tier 4 once you leave. I also dont think you can stop from leaving tier 4. Its newbie lands.
