^^This. The Hellbringer is a good heavy, but everything else in Wave II was pretty underwhelming to me. I don't know if you could consider the Mad Dog part of Wave II, though I do like it. I'd say it was worse than the HBR, but better than the Summoner. So unless you really want the MDD and plan on getting Wave I as well, I'd pass on it, maybe just get the HBR A La Carte.

Wave I though has a pretty solid lineup of mechs. Although there is some debate on the quality of a few of the mechs, as a whole it's the best all around Clan pack that has been released. And yes it's also the most expensive but you get a lot of perks in addition to the mechs. I don't regret getting it.
